Today’s traffic is full of neutral-colored cars and it’s making just plain boring. Thankfully, manufacturers are beginning to add more vibrant and eye-catching paint jobs to their lineups year after year. Some are limited options while others are here to stay. We’ve chosen ten of our favorite new car colors that really make a statement amongst the sea of black, white, and muted color toned vehicles on today’s roadways.
Kicking things off is British auto manufacturer Bentley who have expanded their line of available satin paint jobs. This unique color option takes up to 55 hours of expert painting to get the correct satin finish on models like the Bentley Continental GT. Of the 15 new satin paint jobs, our favorite is the Alpine Green Satin. This colorway shifts between turquoise, light green, olive green, and shimmering gold depending on the lighting that surrounds and reflects off of it.
BMW has already showcased interesting exterior tech that allows users to shift the color of the vehicle on a whim, but it’s just a concept for the time being. Until the day comes that color changing cars are in production, we’ll have to enjoy the bright paint jobs that BMW offers today. One of which is the Mint Green option available on models like the M4. This electrifyingly bright mint, turquoise color looks great on the German sports car. If the performance exhaust doesn’t make people notice, that bright paint will get them to turn their heads.
Corvette fans love to boast about having the rarest and most unique Corvette of all Corvettes. Well, the Cacti Green that’s now available for 2024 models should help with just that. This taupe green paint accents nicely against the black cladding and wheels on the Corvette. The only other Corvette paint from previous generations that gets close to this color was Cascade Green, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the new Cacti Green. Plus, Cacti Green makes up around just two percent of the 2024 model year Corvettes, making it one of the rarest colorways currently. So, feel free to flaunt this new paint color with some extra pride at your local Cars and Coffee.
The Wrangler has always come in standout colors and its latest color option is no different. The off-road centric manufacture has brought back Tuscadero Pink on the Jeep Wrangler and added it to the Jeep Gladiator for 2024. It isn’t too often that pink is on the menu when car shopping, but Jeep knows its demographic loves it. In fact, the first time this color option debuted in 2021, demand was so high that Jeep had to extend the limited paint into the next year to fulfill customer orders. Needless to say, we should expect a similar turnout this time around.
Copper isn’t often considered a luxurious metal, but it sure looks great as a paint job for a Lexus. Copper Crest is a metallic paint job being offered by Toyota’s luxury sub brand on models like the LC500 and RX 350 F Sport. The color option doesn’t seem to be limited to this model year either as it’s due to return on the 2025 Lexus NX lineup.
Red cars are nothing new to the automotive market, but Mazda made sure that the Artisan Red available on the CX-90 was anything but average. This metallic, deep cabernet red paint color elevates the looks of the already premium SUV. If you’re a fan of red paint and looking to make a statement, this paint on the CX-90 may be just right for you.
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is already a luxurious sedan but adding on the Verde Silver Metallic color option aids in heightening its sophisticated ambience. This isn’t your average silver paint that’s been prevalent on nearly every single vehicle in the past 50 years. Instead, this paint has a subtle green hue to it that helps it stand apart from all the rest of the basic silver vehicles.
Porsche loves to offer their customers an extensive array of different colors for their cars like the 911 and Macan, but the latest exciting color option is Provence. At first glance, it’s a lavender Porsche, but Provence bounces light to reflect tints of blue, purple, and pink. This unique color shift makes for a beautiful Porsche as it speeds by.
Another purple ride comes from Rolls-Royce who offer Twilight Purple on models like the Spectre and Cullinan. Rolls-Royce already has a great bespoke paint shop that produces custom color options for customers, but Twilight Purple is one of the available options straight from the catalog. This vibrant purple color is sure to make people notice your extremely expensive car as you cruise by. That’s the whole reason you get a Rolls-Royce in the first place though, right?
If getting your vehicle covered in mud from off-roading isn’t enough for you, Toyota has added Mudbath to their color palette. This color option adds a taupe brown paint job to TRD Pro classed versions of the 4Runner, Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia for the 2025 model year. Mudbath is the perfect paint color for being out in the wilderness, which is exactly where most TRD Pro models should spend their time.
